ARE IN-PERSON MEDIATIONS AVAILABLE?

In-person mediations are available and can be arranged by email only at:

chris@castonmediation.com

For in-person mediations, please note that charges for:

• room rental / facility fees
• catering, if requested
• parking and related expenses, if any

are in addition to our mediation fees.

An extra 'flat fee' will be charged for travel time for locations outside the GTA.

WHERE DO I SEND MY MEDIATION BRIEF?

• Electronic briefs are preferred
• Send your mediation brief or cloud link to: chris@castonmediation.com
• A paper copy of the brief is not required, however if you wish to send one, please send it to:

WHEN DO I SEND MY MEDIATION BRIEF?

• Briefs can be sent at any time after your mediation has been confirmed.

• Please make every reasonable effort to provide your Mediation Brief or Statement of Issues at least 7 days before the mediation date.

CANCELLING A MEDIATION

There is no cancellation fee for mediations cancelled more than 30 days before the mediation date. 

Cancellation fees are based on:

• the number of parties booked for the mediation
• the proximity of the cancellation to the mediation date

RESCHEDULING A MEDIATION

Parties who wish to reschedule their mediation more than 30 days prior to the mediation should email chris@castonmediation.com. 

Rescheduling requests received less than 30 days before the mediation will not incur a cancellation fee for the first such rebooking.
